TR ID number (or passport/ID number for foreigners),
Residential or workplace address for notification,
E-mail address, phone number, and fax number (if provided),
Clear and understandable information regarding the request.
If acting on behalf of someone else, a notarized power of attorney must be provided.
Your requests will be processed and responded to within 30 days from the date they are received by our company.
