
Our company prioritizes consumer rights and aims to ensure maximum customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you purchase, as well as all manufacturing or service-related issues, are carefully evaluated and resolved as quickly as possible.
To provide you with faster and better service regarding product returns, the required conditions are listed below.
If any of these conditions are missing, the return request will not be accepted.
a. Used or damaged products cannot be returned.
b. The product must be returned within 14 days in the same condition as received, along with all standard accessories, completely and without damage.
a. The invoice must be sent together with the product for the return process.
b. If the invoice was issued to a company, a return invoice must be issued by that company and sent back with the product.
a. If the product(s) you want to return are defective, the shipping cost will be covered by our company, provided the return shipment is made via our contracted cargo companies.
b. If the product delivered to our Quality Assurance Department meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed on the same day the product is received.
The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank's procedures.
c. You can send products to be returned free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.
Return packages are accepted only through our contracted shipping companies.
Returns or shipping costs for products sent through any other shipping company will not be accepted.
Returns must be made together with the original box or packaging.
Products with damaged or altered original packaging (e.g., original box with shipping labels or tape attached) or products that have lost resale value and cannot be resold to another customer will not be accepted.
You must send the original invoice (all copies) together with a petition stating the reason for return.
If the product is defective, shipping costs are covered by our company. In such cases, shipment must still be made with contracted cargo companies.
In other cases, shipping costs belong to the customer.
Dear customers, you may cancel orders you placed incorrectly or changed your mind about.
Due to workload, emails may sometimes be checked late, and your order might already be shipped.
If the order has not been shipped, the full amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
If the order has already been shipped, the shipping fee(s) will be deducted from the refund.
For Original Cartridges, Toners, and Photocopier Toners, products with opened packaging cannot be exchanged or canceled.
Unopened products can be exchanged within 14 business days.
Exchange and cancellation are available for compatible/alternative (muadil) products.
